The agro-processing industries can play a critical role in the development of sustainable and clean energy systems. lack knowledge about technical economic viability agro-waste to is major barrier successful implementation such systems developing countries, especially sub-Saharan Africa countries. This paper presents techno-economic-environmental assessment cluster rice mills located Abakaliki, Nigeria, as provider energy. sustainably fulfil its needs through application organic Rankine cycle based combined heat power plant fired by husks.
